After two years of extensive research, visiting alpaca ranches, attending workshops and seminars, helping friends with their alpacas, and making some incredible new friends we decided it was time to take the leap and start our own herd. We are still looking for land in northeastern New Mexico, so for now our alpacas are in the trusted hands of Susan and Kent Sasser at Alpacaworks. We enjoy helping them with the chores, learning from their expertise, and working with our alpacas.
It is our desire to develop a high quality huacaya herd with superior conformation and fleece. All our fiber has been sorted and been labeled as Sertified Sorted fiber.
We are endeavoring to continue to learn about proper nutrition and care of our animals, as well as promoting educated breeding practices.
